The Maiden Trophy is awarded to the highest finisher in the Stuart Wilson Trophy among those who have never previously won a major tournament at the club.
These players are marked with an 'X' in column one. If there is a tie for first place, a play-off match will occur to decide the winner of the Maiden Trophy.
Tournament information
== Games will be played on the night scheduled for each round.
== Clocks will start at or before 7.45 p.m. on the night.
== Players can receive a maximum of one half-point bye during the tournament. No half-point byes will be given in the final round.
== The default time for all tournament games at The Gap Chess Club is 30 minutes (as per article 6.7.1 of FIDE Laws of Chess 2018).
Tie-Breaks
Places will be decided by points, then Buchholz score, then most wins. If players tie for first place, a play-off match will occur.
