Tony Morris beat Cameron to win a crucial game in the context of the tournament: Link to the game

Mark Pendrith pulled off an upset win capitalizing on a blunder by his opponent to keep himself in the running to win the Maiden Trophy.

Brian pulled off another win that most would class an upset, reinforcing him as an opponent never to be underestimated. This was the first game of the night to finish.

Tony Howes overcame some difficulties with his motor vehicle to maintain his nerve and win a game that started late but still finished before two of the other games.
