Four games were played over the board.

Tony Howes keeping his slim chances of winning the tournament alive with a win over Daniel Clancy.

Juniors Tom Meggitt and Daniel Sheldon each had notable victories against far more experienced stalwarts of the club, Brian and Ray respectively.

Peter Hiller won his Round One game then lost his next four games. But he finally stopped the rot with a win over John Ryland to move up to two points.
