Four games were played tonight. The first game to finish saw Ray get the better of Jim in a rook and 4 pawn endgame.
Greg managed to obtain a large material advantage before winning against John. Next to finish was Tony’s win against white.
The final game finished just before 10:30pm when Andrew made a blunder of Willcockian proportions to lose a game that still had drawing chances with queens and opposite coloured bishops on the board. However with two passed pawns Martin had an advantage although still not at that stage decisive.
