Gary won against John who made a few moves that allowed Gary to wrest control of the game.
Andrew had to grasp any small chance at upsetting the momentum of the game as Brian played a surprisingly solid game that seemed destined to be a draw. At one point Brian offered a piece which Andrew refused to accept as it would have reversed the tempo dramatically. Instead the game was decided positionally with equal forces.
