Annual General Meeting

 

Six members attended the meeting in person and three attended via proxies.

 

The main discussion points at the meeting were

• the Flood Cup reverting to the time control of 80 minutes plus one minute increments
• the decision of the members to not rate tournaments during 2011, nor require CAQ membership to enter club tournaments
• adding a tie-break to the Best All-Rounder Trophy calculations
• pursuing ways to cut back on unnecessary costs to the club regarding banking and the club’s post office box.
