Method of
calculating the starting times for a game
The player with the lower rating receives 5 minutes. The higher
rated player receives 5 minute minus the difference in the handicaps of the
players, with the proviso that this player will always receive a minimum of one
minute on the DGT at the start.
Unrated players would have been given provisional ratings.
