Tony stated before the game that his game with Kieran last Friday was a thorough “bore draw” apart from two or three interesting moves. To compensate he and Andrew played a very unorthodox game commences with the unusual 1. e4 e5 which left Tony thinking for a few minutes as to his response. With an upper hand in a rook vs knight endgame Tony offered a draw while both players were in their last 5 minutes which was accepted immediately.
Cameron got the better of Nathan to retain the only 100% record of the tournament so far.
