Allegro Tournament

Results tonight went generally to form. Doug had a good night knocking off both sisters (so to speak), before tiredness saw him concede a draw in a game that John could have won.

Transfer

Andrew and Harvey were undefeated tonight. First they teamed up against Chris and James with 5 games won. In one of the games Andrew was a move from checkmating Chris when James fell over himself to capitulate first against Harvey, much to the dismay of the victorious combination. Then Chris left for the night and was replaced by Peter, who was fresh from losing 6 games straight in the Allegro. The sister combo proved less lethal than last Friday, maybe due to a literary distraction.
