Flood Cup 2002

Result:

George Flitcroft-Smith 1 Peter Hiller 0

George beat Peter in the final game of this year’s Flood Cup programme.  Amazingly, this games saw George on the receiving end of a second illegal Hiller move, this time, Peter’s 21st – somehow his king must have slipped across to b8 of its own volition between moves 18 (queenside castling) and 21!
